Hello and welcome to this week's devotional newsletter from GodIsTherapy.com. I'm so glad you're here. God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. (Psalm 46:1) As we face the uncertainties of life, it's easy to feel overwhelmed and uncertain about the future. But Psalm 46 reminds us that God is always present, ready to provide comfort and strength in times of trouble. Building resilience through spiritual growth is a powerful way to navigate life's challenges with hope and confidence. When we focus on our relationship with God, we can find peace and strength in the midst of uncertainty. This doesn't mean that we won't face difficult emotions or experiences – but rather that we'll have the tools and support to work through them. Take one kind step at a time. What is one small thing you can do today to focus on your relationship with God? It might be as simple as reading a chapter in a Bible, taking a few deep breaths, or praying for someone in need.

Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for being our refuge and strength. Help us to trust in Your presence and provision, even when we're feeling uncertain or scared. Give us the courage to take one kind step at a time, knowing that You are always with us.

May you find peace, comfort, and hope in the midst of life's challenges. Remember, You are not alone – God cares about the whole person—heart, mind, body, and relationships.
