Breath Prayer for Busy Minds

Breath Prayer for Busy Minds

By the GodIsTherapy Editorial Team

”When I am afraid, I will trust in You.” (Psalm 56:3)

Breath prayer pairs a short Scripture phrase with your inhale/exhale. It grounds the body and anchors attention in God’s presence.

How To (60 seconds)
  1. Sit easily. Soften shoulders. Place a hand on your chest.
  2. Inhale: “When I am afraid…” (slow, gentle)
  3. Exhale: “…I will trust in You.”
  4. Repeat 6–8 breaths. Notice one small shift (pace, posture, peace).
