Day 1
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” — Philippians 4:6–7
Start by hearing what Scripture actually says about anxiety — not as a scolding, but as an invitation. Notice that Paul assumes you will have anxious situations; the instruction is about where to carry them.

“Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right… think about such things.” — Philippians 4:8
Paul's 'think about such things' and CBT's thought reframing are close cousins. Today, learn the simple reframe — and try it once on a real anxious thought.

“The Lord is near.” — Philippians 4:5
Three quiet words before the famous anxiety verses: the Lord is near. Practice breathing that truth — in: 'Be still,' out: 'and know that You are God.' In a hurry? Try the 60-second version.

“Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion.” — Philippians 1:6
Open the Anxiety & Worry prompt set on the Journal page and answer one or two — especially the one asking what your fear isn't letting you see.

“I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation… I can do all this through him who gives me strength.” — Philippians 4:11–13
Contentment, in Paul's telling, is learned — which means it can be learned by you. Gather a few verses for the moments when everything feels out of your hands.

“…by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” — Philippians 4:6
Take one anxious thought from this week through the seven steps of a thought record. This is 'present your requests' with the lights on — naming the fear precisely so you can hand it over honestly.

“And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 4:19
End the week where Paul ends: provision. Look back over the six days — which verse, tool, or moment actually lowered your shoulders? Keep that one. It's yours now.
